Devyn Lee VanHook
Aimee and Skylar VanHook are happy to announce the birth
of their daughter, Devyn Lee VanHook. Devyn was born July
9, 1999, in Twenty Nine Palms, California, where Skylar is sta-
tioned in the U.S. Marine Corps. She weighed 7 pounds, 4
ounces, and was 19 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Duane and Sharon Johannsen, of
Nucla. Maternal great grandparents are Earl and Ruthann
Douglas, of Delta, and Edna Johannsen, of Nucla, and the late
Ed Johannsen. Maternal great, great grandmother is Ruth
Evans, of Norwood.
Paternal grandparents are William and Donna VanHook and
Cheryl Cox, of California. Paternal great grandparents are Jim
and Ruby Cox and Frieda VanHook, also of California.
Devyn is also welcomed to the family by two uncles, Josh
Johannsen and Jesse VanHook.
